	1.	Public Hearing under Section 447.403(4)(c), Florida Statutes, regarding the impasse between Clay County and The Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union Southeast Council (United Food and Commercial Workers). AFL-CIO, CLC, on behalf of the Clay County Public Works Department Collective Bargaining Unit (PERC Case No. SM-2009-058).

	2.	Presentation by the parties and public comment

	3.	Board consideration and formal action under Section 447.403(4)(3), Florida Statutes, resolving all disputed impasse issues
